1. SHIPPING COSTS
We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase is required.
- United States (US): Free Shipping.
- International: Free Shipping.
2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
A. Processing Time (Handling Time)
- All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT -05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
B. Transit Time (Shipping Time)
Once your order has been printed, quality-checked, and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Hatala.Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most small orders to the US, there are usually no additional duties.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
