RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Hatala.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are custom-made (Print-on-Demand), we have crafted a policy that balances our commitment to quality with the nature of customized goods.
1. RETURN & REFUND PERIOD
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
Please inspect your order upon reception. We take full responsibility for “Manufacturer Errors”. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) if the item falls under one of the following categories:
- The item is defective, damaged, or torn.
- The print quality is poor (blurred, off-center).
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design compared to your order).
How to claim:
For these cases, you do NOT need to return the defective item. Simply email us at support@hatala.store with:
- Your Order Number.
- Photos/Videos clearly showing the defect.
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. CUSTOMER REMORSE (WRONG SIZE / CHANGED MIND)
Since every product is uniquely printed and made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for “Change of Mind” or “Wrong Size Selection” issues.
Please review our Size Chart carefully on the product page before placing an order.
Exception:
If you insist on returning a non-defective item within the 30-day window, you may do so. However, please note:
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping to our facility in Vietnam.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
- To initiate this process, you must contact us first to receive the return instructions.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that mistakes happen. You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, the order is automatically sent to our production facility and can no longer be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, please email support@hatala.store immediately.
5. REFUNDS TIMELINE
- For Defective Items: Once your photo evidence is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Returned Items: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
